Last Saturday, we had the honor of capturing Maria + Jonathon’s wedding day at The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Atlanta, Georgia – and it was nothing short of perfect! The weather ended up being beautiful! Maria + Jonathon were both feeling relaxed and just excited to finally get to celebrate their marriage with family and friends following the postponement of their original April wedding date, due to COVID-19.
We had such an incredible time photographing the two of you and capturing only the beginning, of the best days of your lives! Thank you for trusting us with your day! We hope you love your images as much as we loved taking them!
Here is what Maria + Jonathon had to say. . .
“When we were faced with the consequences of COVID-19 all of our wedding plans changed. No gatherings allowed, flights and hotel reservations canceled and friends and family afraid of travel for their health and safety. All lead up to making the hard but necessary decision to postpone our wedding date. Our wedding experience, just like many other 2020 brides and grooms isn’t what I originally had in mind but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I am extremely grateful for the ones like you Whitney, who were willing to adapt with the times and make our original wedding date special as well as the postponed date to come!”
